Achieve Your health and fitness Goals with Meaghan...

Personal Training

My mission is to help everyone build strength, improve balance, and feel confident in their bodies. Training isn’t just about fitness—it’s about preserving muscle, improving bone density, and protecting your health as you age.

Fitness for Women 40+ & Midlife Strength

As your body changes through perimenopause and beyond, your approach to fitness should change too. What worked in your 20s and 30s often becomes less effective—and more frustrating.

I specialize in helping women navigate this stage with a smarter, more targeted approach to training. The focus shifts to building strength, supporting metabolism, and working with your body—not against it.

Strength training becomes essential during this phase to help counteract natural muscle loss, support bone density, and improve how your body processes and stores energy. With the right program, it’s possible to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle, and feel stronger, more energized, and more in control of your health.

Training may focus on:

  • Building and maintaining lean muscle
  • Supporting metabolism and body composition
  • Improving strength, energy, and endurance
  • Enhancing bone density and joint health
  • Managing common symptoms like fatigue and decreased strength
  • Creating sustainable, realistic fitness routines

This isn’t about extreme workouts or quick fixes—it’s about a strategic, sustainable approach that helps you feel confident, capable, and strong in this next phase of life.

Senior Fitness & Healthy Aging

Staying active becomes even more important as we age—but the right kind of training makes all the difference.

My approach to senior fitness focuses on maintaining and improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall function to support independence and confidence in everyday life. Every program is personalized, safe, and designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re new to exercise or looking to stay strong and active.

Strength training plays a key role in slowing and even reversing age-related muscle and strength loss, helping you stay capable and resilient. Balance and stability exercises are also incorporated to reduce the risk of falls and improve coordination.

Training sessions may focus on:

  • Building and maintaining muscle strength
  • Improving balance and stability
  • Increasing flexibility and joint mobility
  • Supporting bone health
  • Enhancing posture and movement patterns
  • Improving energy and overall well-being

Whether your goal is to move more comfortably, stay independent, or simply feel stronger in your daily activities, this program is designed to help you age actively and confidently.

Pre- and Post-Rehabilitation Training

Exercise is one of the most effective tools for both preparing the body for surgery and fully recovering after injury—but knowing what to do (and what not to do) is critical.

With a background in both fitness and physical therapy settings, I specialize in pre- and post-rehabilitation training that safely bridges the gap between medical care and a full return to strength, function, and confidence.

Pre-rehabilitation (before surgery) focuses on improving strength, mobility, and stability to help your body go into surgery in the best possible condition. This often leads to better surgical outcomes, faster recovery times, and reduced muscle loss during downtime.

Post-rehabilitation (after physical therapy) is where many people feel unsure of what comes next. Once formal physical therapy ends, it’s common to still experience weakness, imbalance, or hesitation returning to regular exercise. This is where I come in.  I design personalized programs that build on your physical therapy progress—helping you safely restore strength, improve movement patterns, and regain confidence in your body. Whether you’re recovering from orthopedic surgery, managing a chronic condition, or returning after injury, every program is tailored to your specific needs, limitations, and goals.

The goal isn’t just recovery—it’s coming back stronger, more stable, and more resilient than before.

Stretch Therapy

If you’re feeling tight, stiff, or restricted in your movement, stretching alone often isn’t enough—or isn’t being done effectively. That’s where one-on-one stretch therapy can make a powerful difference.

This assisted, personalized session is designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and help your body move more freely and efficiently. Using a combination of guided stretching techniques and targeted mobility work, I help safely take your muscles and joints through ranges you may not be able to achieve on your own.

Stretch therapy is ideal for reducing muscle tension, improving posture, enhancing recovery, and decreasing the risk of injury. It can also be especially beneficial for those dealing with chronic tightness, returning from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better in their daily life.

Each session is tailored to your body’s needs—whether you’re an active individual looking to improve performance, or someone who spends long hours sitting and wants relief from stiffness and discomfort.

The goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and restore balance in your body.
